Embedding architecture in cultural and political policy implies the importance of a social and cultural approach to spatial issues.
This context and the grant instruments employed by the Fund in order to influence it are described in the Fund’s policy plan.
The Policy Plan 2009-2012, entitled A Culture of Making Space 2: IMAGE and REALITY, builds on the cultural vision formulated in the previous policy plan entitled A Culture of Making Space 1: Engagement AND Autonomy, because this is still topical. The design is the central issue here.
